There are many ways in which you can contact us for help, support, more information or to make an appointment to see one of our highly trained and professional therapists.

Taking your first step…

Following your initial, entirely confidential telephone discussion, you will be allocated the therapist who best matches your needs.

We aim to offer an appointment as soon as possible following the initial telephone call, as we understand that a long delay can cause further distress. The fees and our terms and conditions will also be explained in the initial telephone conversation.

Step 2

In your first meeting with your therapist you will discuss the reasons for coming to counselling. The therapist will help you prioritise the problems you wish to explore and consider the number of sessions that might be appropriate to those problems. The agreed number of sessions is a guideline only and can be renegotiated at any time.

Sessions are paid for by the client to the therapist at the end of each session.
